YES. Our teachers are not only committed, caring Christians, but are also professionally certified by the government of BC.

YES. Our curriculum follows the basic BC educational guidelines, and is also taught from a Christian World Life View.

6. Is SCS a Church School?
No. SCS is a parent owned and run society that is interdenominational, but holds to the basic Christian doctrines as expressed through a Reformed perspective.

8. Is there a tax benefit to tuition?
Yes, the gov't recognizes a portion of your tuition as a charitable
donation. You will recieve a portion of your tuition back as a benefit
when you file your personal income tax.
9. Do you have an ESL program?
SCS has a limited number of placements for ESL and international students. Students are integrated into the classroom as much as possible but do receive help in English instruction according to their assessed needs. These students receive assistance from our ESL and learning resource teachers.
10. Do you serve students with special needs?
Yes. For those students of families committed to Christian education, our school provides for the needs of students with learning or other disabilities.

school without having to formally apply.
12. Do we have a relationship with a Gr. 9-12 school in Surrey?
Over 90% of our Gr. 8 graduates move on to Fraser Valley Christian High School into their Gr. 9 program.
